- What is it: It is melted glass, aka vitreous enamel, in 999 fine silver wire.
- Color: Clear Celery Lime Peridot Green.
- Technique: Plique-à-jour, meaning "light of day" in French.
- French-style ear wires made from Argentium 935 Sterling Silver which is hypoallergenic, nickel free, and tarnish resistant.
- Dimensions: 1 inch from top of ear wire to bottom of drop; Drop is less than 1/2" long; outside diameter of the "window" is 1/4". Please refer to the photo showing size in relation to a dime.
- Hand made. Expect slight variations.
Vitreous enamel is melted glass ~ it's not paint. Please care for enameled jewelry as you would any fine art glass.
