These dazzling sunset orange and silver earrings are the finishing touch to your attire as you're relaxing at a beach-side cantina at twilight, enjoying the colorful display in the sky - celebrating the day. Adorn your ears with brilliant orange enamel on copper with a dangling silver bar upon which sets a Carnelian gemstone.
- Color: Sunset orange torch-fired enamel (melted glass) on copper squares on top.
- Silver bar dangle is made from a mid-century vintage silver-plated copper platter. Some copper shows on edges. A copper ring joins the top to the bottom dangle. Each pair of earrings will have a different silver pattern.
- 4mm carnelian gemstone cabochon set in .999 fine silver on the silverplate bar dangle.
- Size: total length 3-1/8 inches from top of ear wire to bottom of the silver dangle; enameled copper squares are 3/4". Silver bar is 9/16" wide, 1-9/16" long. Refer to the photo showing size in relation to a dime.
- Fifth photo shows the back of the earrings.
- French-style ear wires are hand made from Argentium 935 Sterling Silver wire which is hypoallergenic, nickel free, and tarnish resistant.
- Medium weight, each earring weighing a little more than a US quarter (coin).
- Hand made from scratch. Each pair of earrings will have a different silver pattern. Expect signs of wear on the vintage silverplate.
- Silverplate will tarnish in time. A small polishing cloth is included.
- Props in photos not included.
Vitreous enamel is melted glass ~ it's not paint. Please care for enameled jewelry as you would any fine art glass.
